Directly at Berlin’s Ostbahnhof with an unobstructed view of the Spree, the East Side Office building occupies approx. 30,000 m² of space. Built as a high-quality office building, it was given a natural stone façade of travertine with oak windows designed by Thomas Müller Ivan Reimann Architekten. In the interior, bright and modern designed office rooms with beautiful highlights on the floor were created. Large window openings create light-flooded rooms and allow a view of the Spree and the East Side Gallery. The office of Effinger Partner Architekten BDA was commissioned with the implementation planning. Project developer Nippon Development Corporation Real Estate Management GmbH concluded a lease agreement for the office space with the Daimler Group – even before construction began.
