With 7,000 employees and 88 office rooms, Korn Ferry International is the world’s leading consultancy for Executive Search and Talent Management. Through the takeover of the globally-active business consultancy Hay Group, the number of employees in Germany has now almost doubled. Good reason to bring the two areas of business together in one location. The property “Gentle” in Frankfurt am Main was chosen as the new headquarters for Germany. In addition to the search for a suitable office space, it was then also primarily a question of fulfilling the future requirements of the professional world. Across an area of 5,500 m², Korn Ferry has created a carefully considered concept for the space which aims to provide its employees with a harmonious working environment. The design goal of the architect was to reconcile both minimalistic design and optimal acoustics.
