In 2020, the Austrian fashion store chain Kastner & Öhler opened a new store in the Kaufhaus Tyrol shopping centre in Innsbruck. On an area of 6500m² over three floors, the company offers fashion-conscious customers a shopping experience in a class of its own in the largest fashion store in western Austria. The design concept is a real highlight: ceilings and floors were renewed, a completely new lighting concept was implemented that plays a lot with light and dark zones. Together with the architects from Dioma, an individual ambience for well-being was created. The combination of naturalness and modernity was the focus of the implementation. RUGX carpets, CHICC quality and a spacey special design in velour by OBJCT CARPET contribute to the mix of materials. The project has already been awarded several design prizes.
