Office Oasis Meikirch - the project name already suggests, the objective of a married couple from Meikrich in Switzerland was clearly worded: A modern workspace with a feel-good atmosphere. The result is impressive. The home office project in the canton of Bern shows that there are no limits to the design possibilities. The room concept that interior designer Roland Schaad of objekt 13 interio design implemented on 15 m² is designed for two work desks. In addition, storage space and a couch for reading and relaxing had to be integrated. Besides the room layout and the furniture, the carpet also sets the tone: In the SILKY SEAL quality in green, the color alternates through the sheen of the fibers and brings play into the room. A fundamental factor in the selection of the carpet was its acoustic effectiveness. After all, carpet optimizes room acoustics and radiates warmth and security. The high wear properties of the floor covering also ensure robustness and durability, especially when office chairs are used. The successful mix of materials and colors ensures a harmonious overall concept in which people can work in a relaxed and creative atmosphere.
