With COWORK, in October 2017, Siemens Real Estate opened a uniquely innovative working environment for its employees at the Neuper-lach location in the south of Munich. Complementing the diverse worlds of work at Siemens, the COWORK open-office concept is designed to allow employees to work in a creative environment for hours, days or weeks, develop new ideas, network with colleagues, partners and clients, find and inspire inspiration give. The architects and interior design specialists of D’NA and CSMM (formerly: conceptsued °) designed a hub for communication and creativity: the hub offers individual desks, workshop rooms, event and creative space on an area of 800 square meters. As a visionary company, Sie-mens sees coworking as an important building block and offers a transparent, multi-faceted hub that promotes agile work: COWORK offers collaboration spaces where employees can get together with others, retreats where they can think and work concentrated, and furniture, the space for creativity and relaxation, ergonomic working and well-being allows.
